Description

FEVICOL Heatx is a synthetic solvent borne rubber based adhesive made with a special formula for having excellent heat resistance property upto 170 Deg. C temperature. Fevicol Heatx is having Excellent heat resistance & Quick grab property without spring back action on curved surface, and this property will helpful in vertical applications.

USE:
FEVICOL HEATX is used in furniture industry for bonding Laminate to Wood, PVC Laminate to Laminate.

APPLICATION METHOD :
Surface to be bonded should be dry, clean, and leveled
Stir the adhesive properly before use
Apply the adhesive first on non porous surface and then on porous surface
Allow a minimum drying time of approx 4-6 minutes at room temperature and bond the surfaces carefully so that the alignment is as required
Give appropriate pressure
Final bond is achieved in 24 hrs
