ACP Sheet stands for “Aluminum Composite Panel” Sheet. Cladding is where two thin aluminum sheets are bonded to a polyethylene core. ACP sheets have many uses, including architectural cladding, exterior walls, and interior design. Their lightweight, durability, and ease of installation make them an excellent choice. They also resist weather, moisture, and fire. ACP sheets come in various colors and finishes, making them ideal building materials for different constructions.
At Alstone, we offer premium, long-lasting ACP sheets. We continuously design high-quality ACP products based on our customers’ tastes and preferences.
We offer various ACP sheets in multiple styles, colors, and textures. Alstone has consistently produced and distributed high-quality, long-lasting Aluminium Composite Panels throughout India and worldwide.
In addition, Alstone prides itself on being the country’s foremost manufacturer of HPL Sheet, Aluminium Louvers, Aluminium Honeycomb, and Zinc Composite Panels.
ACP Sheet: Why should you choose it?
An aluminum composite panel, or ACP sheet, is a modern paneling material used for building exteriors (facades), interiors, kitchen cabinets, and signage. The durability and versatility of aluminum composite panels make them a superior decorative surface material on the market.
For your building’s safety, the eco-friendly panel has a core made of non-flammable minerals. A fire-retardant core is placed between two aluminum skins in Alstone FR.
Polymer cores must be appropriately treated to improve fire resistance, or a non-combustible mineral fiber FR core sandwiched between two layers of aluminum skins should be used. As a result, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), fluoropolymer resin (FEVE), polyester coating, and other materials are used to preserve the ACP sheets.
Most countries’ Fire Safety Norms are met and, in some cases, exceeded. About 70% of the core is made up of non-combustible minerals.
Alstone FR is a premium, fire-resistant metal composite panel with an A2 fire rating. It’s lighter than solid aluminum panels. Further, it comes in a wide range of colors, making it perfect for any home.
How do I determine the size and thickness of an ACP sheet?
Sheets of ACP are commonly available in 6mm, 4mm, and 3mm thicknesses. Two factors determine the panel thickness: the thickness of the aluminum coil, which can range between 0.12mm and 0.5mm, and the thickness of the LDPE or mineral core, which can range between 2.5mm and 5.5mm. Grades are assigned based on this information.
Several thicknesses of ACP are available, but 3mm and 4mm are the most popular for exterior cladding, interior decoration, signage, and other applications.
An ACP sheet can be used as a cladding material.
Innovators will recognize Alstone as the brand that stands for innovation. The company has produced the world’s first Sand Finish ACP sheet, as well as Rustic Finish and 3D Finish ACP sheets in India.
The Alstone ACP sheet is not only used for building exteriors like façades, canopies, and fascia; it is also used for a wide range of interior applications like wall cladding, false ceilings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, table tops, etc. In modern corporate identity design solutions, the Alstone ACP sheet is a preferred material for signage, fascia, and other solutions.
