A 500 YEAR OLD CRAFT : Our craftspeople use the following weaving techniques Hand-knotted, Hand Tufted and Hand Woven to make carpets that last a lifetime. Weaving is an art and a skill. Some weavers can tie up to 9,000 knots in a day, and some carpets take up to a year to be completely woven. A single Bhadohi carpet can boast of up to 300 knots per square inch. That’s right, 300!
