Berger provides one pack PU both for interior as well as for exterior purposes. 1K PU is applied either by brush or cloth.

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is rubbed properly with Sand Paper No. 60/80/100/120 in phases to ensure all dirt is removed.
Wipe clean with water and make sure the surface is fully dry.
Apply 1 Coat of BP Cement Primer (WT) after diluting properly and straining clean through a clean cloth.
Brushing viscosity should be 50-60 sec at 30°C in Ford Cup B4; for spray application viscosity should be 25-35 sec at 30°C in Ford Cup B4.
