Application Method:
Surfaces to be bonded shuld be free from oil, should be free from Oil, grease, dust and dirt & should be dry and properly leveled.
Fevicol Marine should be stired well before use.
Apply and even coat of Fevicol Marine first on laminate & then on plywood.
Paste the glue coated surface together within 2 to 3 minitues of application while the glue is still wet. Align the edges properly.
Press the laminated assembly properly with the help of a moist cloth to remove air entraption, if any. Support the edges with Steelgrip Masking Tape for proper bonding.
Handling strength will be achieved in 2 to 3* hours. Post this edge trimming can be done. Final bond strength will develop after 24 hours.
