Description

Birla White Extocare is a white cement-based, polymer-modified, exterior wall primer that provides 7x* more adhesion than any acrylic wall primer available in the market. It prevents the peeling of your wall topcoat and protects your walls for years to come. Along with adding that extra layer of protection, this product also provides the best possible opacity and whiteness needed to bring out the true tone of paint.

Precautions:
Ensure that during application substrate must be in moist/wet condition
Preferred application before 10 AM or after 5 PM in summer season
Only a required quantity of mix should be prepared which can be used with in three and half hour
Harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
If irritation develops or persists with skin immediately wash skin with plenty of water. Get medical attention immediately.
Do’s:
Ensure the wall surface is dirt free
Pre-wetting of the wall/surface is must for better bonding & coverage
Stir well before use
Store in a cool & dry place.
Wear safety goggles during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water & seek medical advice
It is recommended to wear suitable nose mask during sanding & surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation
Dont’s:
Don’t add excess water than prescribed
Don’t apply the product in the noon (Ambient temperature more than 35-40??C)
Don’t leave the Extocare primer (single coat) on the surface without the application of the topcoat for a long period of time (Not more than one month).
